Program:  The Competitive Advantage of Adaptability

We live in a volatile and risky world with a constant changing business environment. All this uncertainty can breed fear and stress in your employees and pose a challenge for managers as they lead their teams. Companies that are successfully navigating this new reality develop and implement strategies to empower their employees to be confident and independent. In this presentation we will review the advantage of infusing leadership development programs with the values of emotional intelligence with a focus on adaptability. We will also look at the value of nurturing a growth mindset and encouraging an environment where change is embraced and seen as an opportunity for growth and development.

    Presenter: Nibal Petro Henderson

Nibal currently serves as the Director of Training at New Directions Behavioral Health where she is focused on developing training strategy across the enterprise and building a leadership development program for this fast-growing company. She is certified as a life and business coach and previously, through her own company, worked with clients to discover their goals and to build a roadmap to reach them. She helped her clients navigate the path from idea to implementation. She loves to teach and speaks to audiences about the importance of having a growth mindset and the role of self-talk in achieving success. Nibal attended Southern Methodist University in Dallas where she studied Psychology and Political Science. Her core mission and calling is to help people. She shares her messages of transformation through her speaking and coaching. Nibal lives in Overland Park, KS with her husband, Drew, their three children and one dog.
