    HRIS Administrator

    GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

    The primary focus of this position is the support and maintenance of the Human Resource Management System (Ultipro) in addition to other systems administered by Human Resources. The HRIS Administrator, under general supervision, plans, manages and coordinates the design, implementation and maintenance of Human Resources Information Systems, and improves processes and leverages the return on technological capabilities. The HRIS Administrator serves as a technical point-of-contact for the Human Resources team and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flow for process improvement opportunities.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Maintain data integrity within HRIS, serving as the point person for HR’s core systems/applications, including Core, Payroll, Compensation Management, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent Management and Learning and Development
    • Responsible for programming, testing and launching all learning elements within the Cornerstone LMS for Security Benefit and for SB compliance areas at the direction of the Corporate Learning Officer
    • Responsible for upgrades, enhancements, data integration and system implementations, in coordination with Corporate IT support
    • Develop, write, execute, and deliver reports as required or requested
    • Provide support functions to users, including password reset, basic user account administration and HR specific applications assistance
    • Identify HR data and process needs, make recommendations for enhanced efficiency, productivity and user experience, and assist with coordination of solution implementations across the Human Resources Information Systems
    • Maintain awareness of current trends in Human Resource Management Systems
    • Provide support for Human Resource projects as assigned
    • Other duties as may be required

    QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field with technical (Information Systems/Information Technology) experience, or Bachelor's degree in IS/IT with Human Resources experience required
    • Minimum 5 years HRIS experience
    • Human Resources Professional certification preferred
    • Experience in administering UltiPro and Cognos Business Intelligence reporting preferred
    • Technical experience with Learning Management Systems preferred
    • Strong technical skills including advanced experience with Excel
    • Ability to analyze documentation and communicate detail in both verbal and written form
    • Data report writing skills and the ability to articulate report parameters to deliver usable business information
    • The mind-set to see through to conclusion specific tasks ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
    • Highly detailed and a willingness to ask questions
    • Ability to manage multiple high priority assignments concurrently and a commitment to teamwork and collaboration
    • Evident interpersonal, organizational, administrative and problem solving abilities
    • Limited domestic travel may be required
