    Presentation:

    This program will update HR professionals on the key legal and legislative changes that have occurred in 2015 and what to expect in the final year of the Obama administration.  Key court cases will be addressed as well as new compliance obligations under the FMLA, FLSA, NLRA and other key statutes.  Attendees can utilize this program to address policies and practices that must be updated as well as develop proactive employee relations strategies.
