    Program:

The speed of work, driven by technology, is causing a dramatic shift in how we work, and it requires a dramatic shift in how we hire.  In order to successfully attract the right people at the right time, companies must have a strong, engaged, pipeline of available talent.

This session will focus on key parameters for building and maintaining a valuable pipeline of talent.

    • Evaluate current resources for talent management and determine if they attract or repel talent to your organization.
    • Know your culture and hire to your culture.  The hiring process is a key part of defining company culture.
    • Provide real time feedback and development opportunities.
    • Define project driven work processes vs. job descriptions.
    • Focus on talent engagement vs. talent acquisition – have a system that builds relationships internally and externally.
    • Use technology the right way to streamline the hiring process and build and maintain a valuable pipeline of talent.

    Presenter: Karla Degginger

Karla Degginger has over 30 years of professional experience in talent acquisition, quality assurance and leadership.  She has worked for multi-billion-dollar companies to family owned businesses to her own startup.  She has spent the last 20 years working in staffing and recruiting frustrated by the ineffective and often inconsiderate methods of trying to find the best talent for companies.  She is currently launching a new technology company called The Talent Loop, changing the way people work and the way companies hire!

We look forward to seeing you on Tuesday, July 9th!
