Trey Burton: "Managing Through COVID & Beyond"

Trey Burton is a Strengths Coach from the team of Kristen O'Shea.

Trey recently retired as the chief executive of a federal agency in Kansas after 30 years of service. He has extensive c-suite experience leading operations, projects and staff.   He has over 20 years leadership experience with both the federal government and community boards. He is a Gallup certified Strengths Coach working with hundreds of people and their teams. He is a consultant, leadership coach and trainer.

Managing through COVID and Beyond

The COVID-19 pandemic has led to extraordinary demands on everyone one of us as individuals, as parents, workers, and leaders. Organizations and managers were faced with finding solutions to unprecedented challenges. We will explore how managers can focus on recognition, resiliency, growth-mindset, well-being, and strengths for our employees during hard times. The ultimate goal is to have confidence in our ability to support and guide your colleagues to a hopefully better 2021.
